If I keep posting big juicy burgers covered in cheese or glowing posts about bacon I doubt I'd have that many fans - not exactly kosher :) . They also might be in Hebrew, which will make your average google search a bit problematic. The hamburgers were just plain good. Ive tried to come up with a million adjectives. But a good burger defies refined language. Its just a big mountain of giant flavor. Kaboom. Yum. I so wish we could head back up for your visit. But I know you'll dive right in and sop it up. I look forward to hearing about it. I’ve never received a comment from anyone in Israel, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t out there. I will try to take photos or notes on the dining options for you. I haven't had lunch today and the photos of the delectable hamburgers are killing me. Barely. Holding. It. Together. When you get back, any idea on presence of food bloggers or community in Tel Aviv/Israel? A friend from Boston is moving there (Shards from my blogroll) soon and she has been unsuccessful in rooting any out. Hope your vacation is going wonderfully!
